Moving branch

Branches are the most expensive channels. To move the transactions from branches to the ATMs we spend time in bank branches and work with the branch staff together to find which transactions are suitable to put on ATMs. After the detailed work we draw a roadmap to the bank.

We recommend cash recycle ATMs for a reduced replenishment cost as well as installing cash amount balancing transactions on the ATMs. We analyse which transactions (with card or cardless) would be used with Money deposit functionality of the ATM to collect cash from customers / non-customers and use it with Money withdrawals with less cash replenishments and less cost.
